FAQ

Do you have anything other than salads??

YES! We are a salad-centric company. HOWEVER, we offer a variety of things: soups, sandwiches, the MOST RIDICULOUS cookies ever, et. etc.

Do you have any vegan options?

OMG YES! We have many vegan options (Our Vegan grilled cheese is mind-blowing: even to meat eaters). Most of our soups are vegan, and our salad menu includes a “make your own” section. Our staff is very knowledgeable, and will happily provide you with all the information you need.

Will you have any gluten-free options?

YES! We will have some gluten-free options. All of our salad dressings are GF, all of our salads can be made GF, and right now we have a GF blondie and brownie on the menu!

Do you cater?

So happy you asked! We do! We just need a little advance notice. If you have a large group (10 or more), please place your order by 10AM. For larger groups and events, email us at greenhousebham@gmail.com at least 3 days in advance.

What the heck is in those smoothies?

Yeah. . . they’re pretty cool, right? We’ve been working on developing the perfect combination of fruits, veggies, and supplements to get your day off to the perfect start, or to just hit the re-set button on your system. They’re awesome. So here’s the rundown:

GREEN BOI: banana, strawberry, spinach, whole milk yogurt, ashwagandha, collagen, spirulina, flax, agave, magic.

MR. PINK: banana, beet, raspberry, whole milk yogurt, spinach, collagen, ashwagandha, flax, agave… magic.

BLUE GUY: banana, pineapple, coconut, whole milk yogurt, whey protein, blue spirulina, flax, and you guessed it. . . magic.

Ashwa- what now??

Ashwagandha: This is one of our smoothie supplements. It is an adaptogen, meaning that it helps your body manage stress. It lowers blood sugar levels, reduces cortisol levels, boosts brain function and immunity, and balances hormones.

What’s spirulina?

Spirulina is blue-green algae. Why would we want that in our smoothies? Because it has incredible health benefits such as: 4 grams of protein per serving, B vitamins, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, may reduce LDL and triglyceride levels, may reduce blood pressure, and stabilizes blood sugar, just to name a few. It’s pretty cool, i guess.
